We did the Digital Readiness Review first, mostly because we had no idea what we were actually working with across our teams. The tool inventory was surprisingly revealing — there were three separate systems doing roughly the same job. The improvement list that came out of it was short and practical, which is exactly what we needed. We have since come back for the Workflow Modernisation engagement.

The roadmap advisory took a bit longer than I expected — about seven weeks in total — but the output was detailed and useful. What I valued most was that Priya was genuinely willing to challenge our assumptions about which tools we needed to retire versus which ones just needed to be used better. The quarterly review session made a real difference three months later when priorities had shifted.

Our approval process had become genuinely painful — every request went through email, then WhatsApp, then a spreadsheet, and nobody could see the current status. Sunita spent time with three different teams before she designed the replacement workflow, which I think made a big difference. The training guide she produced was short enough that people actually read it.

I appreciated that they did not arrive with a list of software to sell us. Natthapong spent the first few days just asking questions and observing. The tool inventory that came back was honest — it noted where things worked fine and where they did not. That made it much easier to prioritise.

We are not a technology company and we were nervous the advice would be over our heads. It was not. The handover walkthrough was where everything came together — two hours with the team going through the roadmap, answering questions, and making sure everyone understood the reasoning behind the sequencing. Four stars because the initial scoping took a couple of extra emails to get right, but the final engagement was solid.

Our finance team's onboarding process involved four different tools and about fourteen steps, most of which were manual. Sunita mapped the whole thing in the first week and came back with a redesign that cut it to six steps using two tools. The training guide was clear enough that we could run new starters through it without involving her at all.

A Closer Look at Three Engagements
Each one started with a different problem. Here is what happened.
Hospitality Group, Phuket — Workflow Modernisation
4 weeks · ฿22,500Challenge
Staff shift requests, schedule changes, and manager approvals were spread across email, a group chat, and a paper sign-in board. Nobody had a single place to check current status, and scheduling errors were common.
What We Did
We mapped the existing process across three departments, identified the key decision points, and redesigned the workflow using a scheduling tool the organisation already held a licence for but had never configured properly.
Outcome
Scheduling errors dropped noticeably in the first month. Manager approval time went from an average of two days to the same day. The team reported that they were no longer checking three different places for the same information.
"The workflow design was straightforward and the training guide was actually used. That does not always happen with this kind of thing."

Professional Services Firm, Bangkok — Technology Roadmap
7 weeks · ฿34,500Challenge
The leadership team knew they needed to modernise but had conflicting views about which tools to retire and which to keep. Previous discussions had stalled without a concrete plan.
What We Did
We conducted a readiness assessment first, then structured a series of working sessions with three members of leadership to work through cost, effort, and fit for each decision. The roadmap was built incrementally rather than presented as a finished product.
Outcome
Leadership reached consensus on nine tool decisions across a twelve-month timeline. The quarterly review session three months later confirmed that four of those decisions had moved forward without any additional advisory support.
"The roadmap gave us a shared reference point. When disagreements came up later, we had something to point to."

Retail Operation, Chiang Mai — Digital Readiness Review
10 days · ฿4,500Challenge
The owner had a feeling that staff were duplicating work across systems but could not identify exactly where or why. There was no existing inventory of what tools were being used or how.
What We Did
We spent two days with staff across two locations before producing a tool inventory and a short improvement list. The inventory identified eleven distinct tools being used across six functions — several of which overlapped significantly.
Outcome
The owner used the improvement list to retire two tools immediately — saving a combined monthly subscription cost — and has since used the inventory document as the basis for a follow-on workflow project.
"I did not expect the review to be this practical. It was not a theoretical exercise — it went straight to what was actually causing problems."
