Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential from the first contact. A formal agreement is available on request before any work begins.
Written Scope First
Every engagement starts with a written scope document. We do not begin work before both parties have agreed on what is included.
No Vendor Relationships
We do not receive fees or benefits from any software provider. When we recommend a tool, it is because it suits your situation.
Same-Day Acknowledgement
Messages received during working hours are acknowledged the same day. Progress updates are proactive — you do not have to ask where things stand.
PDPA-Aligned Handling
Our data handling follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We only collect what is needed and handle it with appropriate care.
Senior Delivery
The advisor you meet first is the person who does the work. There is no junior handoff once the engagement begins.
Fixed Fees, No Surprises
